Chapter 26: Limited-Time Jump Start Promotion

 

To be eligible to participate in the promotion, UnFranchise Owners (UFOs) must meet the following qualifications:

  1. Have a start date of Aug. 26, 2023, or later.
  2. Be active, qualified and activated in accordance with Chapter 8 of the UnFranchise Manual.
  3. Be in good standing with Market Indonesia’s policies and procedures.

During the promotion period, newly qualified and activated UFOs can earn the following commissions during their first commission cycle:

  1. Earn Rp1.125 million commission for accruing at least 300 BV on each side of their BDC.
  2. Earn Rp1.125 million commission for accruing at least 600 BV on each side of their BDC.
  3. Earn Rp2.25 million commission for accruing at least 1200 BV on each side of their BDC.

Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is only valid during a UFO’s first commission cycle.
  2. This promotion is valid from Aug. 26, 2023, to Aug. 26, 2024 (the promotion period).
  3. A Form 1000 is required to receive an Rp1.125 million commission for reaching the 600/600 BV compensation criteria. If there is no Form 1000 on file, the commission will be placed on a 28-day hold. Failure to submit a Form 1000 during that 28-day period will result in the commission being forfeited.
  4. Earning a commission during the first three-Q-date period will terminate the first-quarter grace period.
  5. Upon achieving any BV commission during the first-quarter grace period, the monthly accrual option will be activated to a UFO’s respective BDC-001.
  6. If a UFO earns their first commission and then red flushes, they are no longer eligible to participate in this promotion.
  7. If a UFO accrues 300 BV on both sides of their BDC-001 before activation, the UFO is no longer eligible to participate in this promotion.
  8. This promotion is subject to all other Market Indonesia policies and procedures.
  9. Market Indonesia reserves the right to audit all activities associated with the promotion and rescind commissions if manipulation is discovered. Market Indonesia may rescind such commissions by any means, including but not limited to deducting such amounts from future earnings.
  10. Market Indonesia reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without notice at its sole discretion.
